Weka offers a 14-day free trial to customers. In the free trial, you can explore all the Weka Pro plan features without spending anything. You don’t need to add your card to use the free trial.
After the free trial is completed you can upgrade to the Pro plan by adding your card details. Once the payment is done, you can continue enjoying the features of the Pro Plan. We use Stripe, which is the most trusted payment processor in the world. If you don’t want to upgrade, you can continue using Weka Starter, our forever-free plan with basic features. You don’t need to subscribe to Weka Starter after a 14-day free trial. We will automatically give access to the Weka starter by default to all the users who don’t want to upgrade after the free trial.
You just need to upgrade and pay for the first month. From the second month, the amount will be automatically deducted from your card. You will get a reminder through email every month about your automatic payment deduction.
We give a 20% discount on annual plans compared to the monthly plans. If you want to save money and won’t mind paying the annual amount upfront, annual plans are better suited for you.
We have the most transparent cancellation process compared to any other company operating in this space. You just need to click on “manage subscription” button in the accounts section of the dashboard and cancel your subscription anytime. However, your account will be active till the payment period is completed. We don't provide any refunds for cancellations.
