Definitions:
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
-"Application" means the software program provided by Weka, accessible via a web application, browser extension or other platforms.
-"Application Store" means any digital distribution service through which the Application has been acquired (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Chrome Web Store).
-"Affiliate" refers to any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Weka, where "control" refers to ownership of 50% or more of the shares or voting rights.
-"Account" means the unique account created to access our Service or parts thereof.
-"Country" refers to India, where Weka is based.
-"Company" (referred to as either "Weka", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Weka, located at 402, Fortune CB, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
-"Service" refers to the Application.
-"Terms and Conditions" (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions forming the entire agreement between You and Weka regarding the use of the Service.
-"Third-party Services" means any services or content provided by a third party that may be integrated with or made available through the Service.
-"You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part, you should not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18; Weka does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Subscription Period:
Access to Weka, or certain features within, requires a paid subscription. You'll be charged in advance on a recurring basis — this could be daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, based on the subscription plan you choose.When your subscription period nears its end, it will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you decide to cancel it or Weka terminates it.
Cancellation of Subscription:
You have the option to cancel your subscription renewal. This can be done through your account settings or by getting in touch with Weka. Please note, if you cancel, there are no refunds for the subscription fees already paid. However, you can continue using the service until the end of your current subscription period.
Billing Information:
You must provide Weka with complete and accurate billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method.If automatic billing doesn't go through for any reason, Weka will send you an electronic invoice. You'll need to complete the payment manually by the deadline stated on the invoice.
Changes in Subscription Fees:
Weka reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. If there's a change, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll give you reasonable advance notice of any fee changes, so you'll have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fee comes into effect. If you continue using the service after the fee change, it means you've agreed to the new subscription fee.
Refunds:
Generally, subscription fees that you've paid are non-refundable, except where required by the law. Weka might consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. These decisions are based on the specifics of each situation.
You are responsible for any content you post on the Service. Weka reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities conducted under it
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of Weka and its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to use Weka's intellectual property.
Weka's liability for any issues arising from your use of the Service is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Weka reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
